When you do deep Nonconceptual Meditation
which is just a fancy term for Zen,
you'll soon find that your hair is connected to your scalp,
your scalp is connected to your skull,
your eyes are connected to your brain,
your ears are connected to your feet,
and all your body is connected to space,
and sights and smells and tastes and sounds and skin-sensations
are all fresh and mysterious.

Oddly, you will not find
that you are connected to words,
to a Doctrine,
to a Teacher,
to some Buddha outside in the world.
